The law office of Adv. Shay Zohar, located in the “B.S.R 4” office building at 7 Metsada St., Bnei Brak, provides legal services throughout Israel to individuals and corporations from Israel and abroad.
In addition to its in-house team of attorneys, the office works in cooperation with external attorneys who specialize in each specific area of law.

Civil law is distinct from criminal law and, by definition, covers two main areas: filing claims of various kinds (monetary claims, orders, etc.) and acquiring rights (land registration, patent registration, age declarations, etc.
Family law in Israel is divided into several branches. The main subjects are: marriage and divorce, prenuptial and divorce agreements, spousal maintenance, child support, custody, parenting time, child adoption, drafting wills, change of name and determination of age, as well as claims under the Hague Convention (Return of Abducted Children) Law.
The Execution Office system serves, among other things, as the enforcement arm of the court system. It exists to carry out the judgments of all courts, whether by collecting money or by carrying out other actions ordered in the judgments.
